Delivery in Denmark will normally be effectuated in 1-4 weekdays. For Scandinavia and EU delivery will normally be before 7 days, whereas for the rest of the world delivery time will be a little longer.

Gentlemen's Affair delivers by GLS. Gentlemen's Affair can't be responsible for delays caused by GLS.

Easy Returns & Exchanges


Any claims concerning faulty items, should be discovered and informed to Gentlemen´s Affair before 10 days from receiving the item. The item can then be returned for reparation, exchange or after agreement with Gentlemen's Affair possibly crediting. In connection with claims Gentlemen's Affair will pay the cost of returning the item within reason.

Returning of items should also be send to this address. Please note that we do not accept parcels send cash on delivery. You can also return parcels by refusing to receive it or you can return it in person at our office. It is not a demand but the dispatching of your order will be faster if you send it with sufficient informations - for example copy of order confirmation, EAN and swift number for the account where the refund should be sent, copy of eventual previous correspondence and so on. 

Gentlemen's Affair is a small company, so we are not able to have chat service on this shop but the designer Lise Nyborg Pedersen replies to all questions concerning the products:


In case of agreed discounts, returned items or prepaid orders cancelled before shipping, there will be are complete or partial refund of the purchase price. The standard for refunds is by bank transfer and Gentlemen's Affair therefore needs informations about your EAN and Swift number to your bank account. This information is not sensitive and can be sent by email or other traditional correspondence.

Returns and exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 30 days of receipt to TMC Logistic, Vintapperbuen 29, 4070 Kirke Hyllinge.

We will issue a full refund or exchange the item for a different size/colour if preferred. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
